You are invited to a nourishing and relaxing Sound Healing. You can host a sound healing as part of your birthday celebrations. You can open up your home where we will be able to relax and share a Sound Healing with friends and like minded people. Sound Baths are immersive musical meditations and are a wonderful way to restore balance to your Mind, Body and Soul.
Enter a deep relaxation and meditation with ancient sounds and vibrations from Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs and many other instruments. The therapeutic sound tools have been used by ancient cultures for this purpose for thousands of years and can instil a deep sense of sacredness.
