All Sales Are Final.

Due to the nature of our offerings, all purchases made through our Sound Rituals Shop are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Personal preference

  • Energetic suitability

  • Incompatibility with personal expectations

Please ensure you review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit, exclude, or override your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region.

Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Does not function as reasonably expected

Where local consumer law requires a remedy, we will comply fully.

 

Digital Products & Online Content

All digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted, including but not limited to:

  • Audio recordings

  • Downloads

  • Online programs or courses

  • Streaming or accessed content

 

Refunds for digital products will only be provided where required by law, such as if:

  • The product is defective

  • The content is inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end

 

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If you receive a physical item that is:

  • Faulty

  • Incorrectly supplied

 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear supporting photos where applicable

 

Where required by law, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

 

Sale, Promotional & Discounted Items

All items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are final sale, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

 

International Orders

For international orders:

  • We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or import fee & restrictions

  • Refunds will not be provided for refused or unclaimed shipments unless required by law
