This event will be held indoors. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start. I close the front door before I start so there will be no late entry.

All props provided: mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow, bloster for under knees.

Things to Bring:

• warm clothes & more blankets for colder weather
• eye pillow if you have one
• water bottle

• this is an upstairs event, however there is a lift that provides access
