About the event

Sound Healing at Bay Road is held in a very special and peaceful place we call home. It's where you can relax and share a Sound Healing with friends and like minded people. Sound Baths are immersive musical meditations and are a wonderful way to restore balance to your Mind, Body and Soul.

Enter a deep relaxation and meditation with ancient sounds and vibrations from Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs and many other instruments. The therapeutic sound tools have been used by ancient cultures for this purpose for thousands of years and can instil a deep sense of sacredness.

Sound Healing can help with: * depression * anxiety * pain * insomnia & disturbed sleep * stress

It can also bring about: * clarity and balance * relaxation * improved memory & concentration * improved sleep * stronger immune system * improved creativity

Sound healing has a positive outcome on the brain, emotions and well being.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start. I close the front door before I start so there will be no late entry.

Things to Bring: Please bring a mat, pillow and blanket for your own comfort. In colder weather you might like to bring a blanket for underneath your mat to help with warmth and please wear warm clothes as your body temperature will drop during a sound healing. If you have an eye pillow that would be great. Wear something comfy and bring some water.

Note: So not to disturb other guests, please ensure your mobile phone is either switched off or left in your car. Many thanks.

Tickets are limited so please book ahead.
