🌟 Embark on a transformative journey of sound and healing. Immerse yourself in an evening of sonic exploration guided by the mesmerising vibrations of ancient sound healing instruments, each known for their profound resonance and therapeutic effects. We will take you on a sound journey and transport you to a place of deep relaxation.
🌟 This lovely space in Joondalup is a safe and nourishing place for you to relax and share a Sound Healing with friends and like minded people. Restore balance to your Mind, Body and Soul.
🌟 Enter a deep relaxation and meditation with ancient sounds and vibrations from Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs and many other instruments. The therapeutic sound tools have been used by ancient cultures for this purpose for thousands of years and can instil a deep sense of sacredness.
🌟 Each session starts with a powerful guided meditation where we invite you to set an intention. Research has shown that combining intention setting with sound can have a positive healing outcome.
🌟 We use Blue Lotus oil during our sessions. If you choose you can receive a drop of this sacred oil. Blue Lotus has been historically linked to various spiritual practices, meditation, and rituals. Its use is documented in ancient texts, revealing its role in inducing a state of deep relaxation and connection with the divine. stands as a bridge between ancient wisdom and contemporary well-being.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start. I close the front door before I start so there will be no late entry.
New Comfort Option:
- comfy mattresses are provided (not quite full body length so bring a yoga mat for underneath if you wish)
Things to Bring:
- pillow and blanket
- warm clothes & more blankets for colder weather
- eye pillow if you have one
- water bottle
The following people should consult their doctor before the first use of sound healing:
• People with carotid stenosis, cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves, or cardiac arrhythmias, stents, shunts or a deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
• People with epilepsy or with recent head injuries
• Pregnant women (Please Note: not suitable for those in their first trimester)
• People with PTSD, bipolar or any serious mental health conditions.
