Immerse yourself in an evening of sonic exploration guided by the mesmerizing vibrations of the didgeridoo and many other ancient instruments, each known for their profound resonance and therapeutic effects. We will take you on a sound journey and transport you to a place of deep relaxation.

This lovely space in Mount Lawley is a safe and nourishing place for you to relax and share a Sound Healing with friends and like minded people. Restore balance to your Mind, Body and Soul.

Enter a deep relaxation and meditation with ancient sounds and vibrations from didgeridoo, Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs and many other instruments. The therapeutic sound tools have been used by ancient cultures for this purpose for thousands of years and can instil a deep sense of sacredness.

Sound Healing can help with:

* insomnia & disturbed sleep

It can also bring about:

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start. I lock the front door before I start so there will be no late entry.

New Comfort Option:

comfy mattresses are provided (not quite full body length so bring a yoga mat if you wish)

Things to Bring: 

* pillow and blanket

* warm clothes & more blankets for colder weather

* eye pillow if you have one

* water bottle
