This beautiful space, nestled in the forest is a safe and nourishing place for you to relax and share a Sound Healing with friends and like minded people. Sound Baths are immersive musical meditations and are a wonderful way to restore balance to your Mind, Body and Soul.
Enter a deep relaxation and meditation with ancient sounds and vibrations from Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs and many other instruments. The therapeutic sound tools have been used by ancient cultures for this purpose for thousands of years and can instil a deep sense of sacredness.
Sound Healing can help with:

This event will be held indoors. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start.
Things to Bring: Please bring a mat, pillow and blanket for your own comfort. If you have an eye pillow that would be great. Wear something comfy and bring some water.
