I'm very excited to be offering you this beautiful space to relax and heal. We will be coming together to share our energy and be nourished within the ancient forest at Star Swamp.

This beautiful space, nestled in the forest is a safe and nourishing place for you to relax and share a Sound Healing with friends and like minded people. Sound Baths are immersive musical meditations and are a wonderful way to restore balance to your Mind, Body and Soul.
Enter a deep relaxation and meditation with ancient sounds and vibrations from Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs and many other instruments. The therapeutic sound tools have been used by ancient cultures for this purpose for thousands of years and can instil a deep sense of sacredness.
Sound Healing can help with:

It can also bring about:

This event will be held indoors. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start.
Things to Bring: Please bring a mat, pillow and blanket for your own comfort. If you have an eye pad that would be great. Wear something comfy and bring some water.
