Spring Equinox marks the start of spring and end of winter so let’s celebrate! We have made it through the darker winter months, emerging and blossoming into the light. This is a period of renewal, rejuvenation, and growth. Lets come together in this transformational time to commune with your spirit and bodies to honour our personal journey, embracing the energies of rebirth, creativity, balance, manifestation and expansive growth for the mind, body, and spirit.
