Arrive at 12:45 to settle in

Welcome at 1pm

Yoga from 1:15pm to 2:15pm

Vegan Afternoon Tea 2:20 to 3pm

Sound Healing + Yoga Nidra 3:15pm to 4:30pm

Farewell 4:30pm

Who we are:

2 Cancerians coming together to bring lightness and ease to the planet via the Sanctuary of Retreat.

Rachel a Software Developer with a passion for the arts and sound healing. Leah a business owner and Yoga Teacher with a passion for embodied mindful Yoga.

What we do:

Sound healing is a wonderful way to restore balance to your Mind, Body and Soul. The healing power of sound has been an integral part of human civilization for thousands of years. Sound healing is as scientific as it is mysterious. Sound Healing provokes a deep state of relaxation and meditation using sounds and vibrations from Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs, and many other instruments. These therapeutic sound tools have been used by ancient cultures for this purpose for thousands of years.

The wisdom Tradition of Yoga has been around for over 2500 years and is now being recognised by Western Medicine for it’s healing properties. Through its 8 limbs; Yamas, Niyamas, Pranayama, Asana, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi we can find our true nature and balance, learning how to live to our fullest potential. Yoga soothes the body, centres the mind, and balances out the nervous system. Important therapy for our busy modern day lives.

How we do it:

Each of our retreats combines the healing modalities of Sound and Yoga, leaving our participants feeling connected, calm, centred and at ease.

A typical mini retreat would involve 75 minutes of Yoga and Meditation, morning, or afternoon tea then we end retreat with 75 mins of Sound and Yoga Nidra. We hold space for all participants to absorb the affects of the practices, giving them time to adjust to a realigned sense of reality upon completion.

There is no requirement for students to have experience in either the sound healing or yoga as you will be gently guided through each segment of retreat with professional and supportive ease. Both Leah and Rachel are very honoured to be sharing these ancient gifts and ensure that each participant has the best experience possible when on retreat.

The Venue:

The Raw Space offers a place for quiet reflection and sanctuary, giving attendees much needed respite from their busy lives. The Raw Space has been carefully selected for its facilities, location, and environment in which it is situated as Rachel and Leah believe everything needs to come together perfectly for the full retreat experience. The Raw Space is designed to focus on you as a whole person. To work on your mind, body and soul.

Cancellation Policy

NB: Purchase is final and no refunds will be made if a cancellation by a participant is necessary, unless of course we have a waitlist for the event and can find a replacement.

Covid 19 Policy

We ask that you be aware of the current Covid 19 situation so please check the West Australian Government website to stay up to date with the current restrictions, what you can and can't do and most importantly check that you haven't been to a listed exposure site during the dates/times indicated. Also if you are displaying any COVID symptoms at all, please do not attend the Retreat. If you are unable to attend due to being at an exposure site, awaiting test results, developing COVID or you have COVID symptoms, a credit will be held for future events.
