“Winter solstice celebrations honour the symbolism of fire and light, along with death, life, the rising moon, and the sun.”
Join us for a winter solstice celebration where we will come together as a community to honour and welcome in the new light and life that the days after the winter solstice will bring.
1pm - arrival and settle in 1:10 - 1:30pm - welcome and afternoon tea 1:30 - 2:30pm - Yoga with Yuki 2:30 - 2:45pm - comfort break 2:45 - 3:45 - Sound Healing with Rachel 3:45 - 4pm - farewell
We will be offering a warming afternoon tea and light refreshments.
Yuki will guide you through a gentle yoga practice starting with breathe work to help you relax as we flow into some mindful movement to lengthen and strengthen your whole body from the inside out, benefiting your mind, body and spirit. This offering is designed to be suitable for all…
