Escape the winter chill and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit with our exclusive Winter Wellness Day Retreat. Set in a private house that transforms into a winter warming sanctuary, complete with an inviting open fire, this retreat offers the perfect environment for deep relaxation and healing. Our Winter Wellness Day features an Abhyanga massage followed by a 1:1 Sound Healing session, accompanied by a wellness assessment and biofield energy assessment.
What to Expect:
🌿 Abhyanga Massage (1 hour):
Begin your wellness journey with an Abhyanga massage, a traditional Ayurvedic practice that involves a full-body warm oil massage. This soothing technique uses long, rhythmic strokes to deeply nourish and detoxify the body. Abhyanga is a full body massage using a large amount of warm, herbal-infused oil, which is chosen in accordance with the season or your individual dosha. This is massaged into the skin using a special mixture of flows, including downward strokes and circular movement.

Contraindications for sound healing:
- People with carotid stenosis, cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves, or cardiac arrhythmias, stents, shunts or a deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
- People with epilepsy or with recent head injuries
- Pregnant women (Please Note: not suitable for those in their first trimester)
- People with PTSD, bipolar or any serious mental health conditions.
