Join us as we celebrate our beautiful bodies. Let’s explore and find a sweet balance of flexibility and strength, to bend and move with the flow of the breathe just like these bamboos standing strong in their roots and flowing their leaves in the winds. Payment on arrival by donation.

Let the light of the sun and the beauty of nature remind us of the infinite love and abundance that always surrounds us.
An hour of yoga and connection. No yoga experience needed. Payment at session. Class weather permitting.
