2:45 - 3:45pm Sound Healing with Rachel

3:45 - 4:00pm - farewell

Sam will take you on an embodiment journey of yoga and dance. Through the connection of breath and movement, we will ground deeper into the body allowing us to open up to more of our essense and truth.

Rachel will guide you through a sound healing that will take you into a deep state of relaxation. Sound can then be used to tune into your fundamental energy, helping to shed any roles placed on you by others and letting your true essence shine. The healing power of sound has been an integral part of human civilization for thousands of years. Sound healing is as scientific as it is mysterious and is a practice that involves the use of specific sounds, frequencies and instruments to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and enhance well being.

Sound Healing can help with:

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start to give yourself time to settle in.

Things to Bring:

• wear something comfy and bring something warm to wear for the sound healing as your body temperature may drop
• if you have an eye pillow that would be great
• bring a bottle of water

All yoga mats, blosters, blankets, pillows provided.
