Yin Yoga with Sound is a meditative and rejuvenating practice that combines the gentle, passive postures of Yin Yoga with the transformative power of sound. In this unique fusion, you will be invited to explore the deep, meditative stretches of Yin Yoga while being immersed in a carefully curated sonic landscape.

Yin Yoga, characterized by long-held, passive poses, targets the connective tissues of the body, promoting flexibility and relaxation. The slow and deliberate nature of Yin allows for a meditative introspection, encouraging a release of tension not only in the physical body but also in the mind.

Integrating sound into the practice adds another layer of sensory experience. Whether it's the resonant tones of Tibetan singing bowls, soothing nature sounds, or calming instrumental music, the auditory elements complement the stillness of the postures. This event will be held indoors. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start. I lock the front door before I start so there will be no late entry.

All props provided (mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow)

Things to Bring: Wear something comfy and bring some water.

  • This is an upstairs venue, however there is a lift available.
  • So not to disturb other guests, please ensure your mobile phone is either switched off or left in your car. Many thanks.
